Returns

 

• 1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
  
  In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are contracting as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Contract at any time within the period of fourteen calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
  
  When the user can exercise the right of withdrawal and once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, and after checking its status, the refund will be made of its amount according to the payment method made by the Buyer, within a maximum period of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. The method of transport for the return is the responsibility of the client, including the expenses derived from it.
  
  
• 2. Common provisions
  
  You will not have the right to withdraw from the Contract whose object is the supply of any of the following products:

1. 1. Custom Items

• Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. Please return the item using or including its original packaging.
• You must also include all instructions, documents and packaging of the products. In any case, you must deliver along with the product to be returned the ticket that you will have received at the time of delivery of the duly completed product.
•  No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond of the mere opening of the same or if it has suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the products while they are in your possession.

 

• 3. Returns of defective products
  
  
• In cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the Contract, you must contact us immediately indicating the data of the product as well as the damage it suffers.
• We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if the return or replacement of the same is appropriate.
• The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days following the date on which we send you the an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
• The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some defect or defect, when it really exists, will be fully refunded, including the delivery charges incurred to deliver the Article. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.
• The rights recognized by current legislation are protected.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Conditions and Any document expressly referred to in them constitutes the entire existing agreement between You and us in relation to the object of the Contract and replaces any other pact, agreement or previous promise agreed between You and us verbally or in writing.

You and we acknowledge having consented to the execution of the Agreement without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by the two before said Agreement, except what is expressly mentioned in these Conditions.

Neither you nor us We will have action against any uncertain statement made by the other party, verbal or written, prior to the date of the Contract (unless such uncertain statement had been made fraudulently) and the only action available to the other party will be for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
