You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

All returns are processed by our team within 3 to 5 days after receipt of the order.
Once the condition is verified, we will refund the amount of the returned goods (shipping and customs fees will not be refunded).
The product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Otherwise, a penalty will apply.
After processing (24/48h), you will receive the refund via the same payment method.
We operate from the EU. Import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
To cover non-recoverable banking and operational costs, a 10% fee on the order value will apply to purchases of 4 items or more if the customer chooses to return the majority of the items.
To avoid this charge, you must keep at least one quarter (25%) of the products purchased.
Example: If you place an order for 5 glasses totalling 500€ and decide to keep only 1 item (20%), a charge of 50€ will fit the 10% rate. For trial purchases without commitment, we recommend planning order batches of up to 3 items max.
Note: This applies weekly. Multiple orders in the same week are grouped for this calculation.
